I did get the computer to boot using the CTCM, although I am confused as to how it is appearing now - maybe the CTCM frequency is displayed in half with the newer version of firmware and TOS? It shows as 33.3mhz at boot and in the control panel, but benchmarks at speed consistent with 66mhz. If I set to 34mhz, save, and reboot, then it displays as 68mhz.
I have been able to force a boot using the JTAG verify, with both the CTCM and 66mhz oscillator, so I think these are not the problem.
I completed the NVRAM clearing procedure, and made sure to disable the "REPLACE NVRAM" button. Still the computer will not boot on its own.
