Let's hope Rodolphe will catch this forum soon. As I said, just ask him if, to his knowledge, is possible SDR can affect bus speeder part.
I agree however with your hypothesis SDR and friends are good, esp. when you were able to program and verify it on PC. (I assume you tried to program it, plug into Falcon, see the error, unplug, verify with PC again that content is still the same)
Two things come to my mind:
1. You somehow, independently to your initial flash problem, damaged that bus speeder thing (wire from CT60, whatever) (less likely)
2. Dead NVRAM caused some strange side effect, affecting exactly this configuration (CT60+bus speeder) (more likely)
I hope I'm right with 2. and it will be really fixed after NVRAM replacement. Please let us know!
