YOU NEED THIS RESISTOR FOR FLASH ABE WITHOUT REMOVE THE CT60 (you need also NVDI for flash ABE => Blitter).
What do you mean by "I have tried various Power connections with the MOLEX" ? I hope that it was always an orange wire....
If you don't know the hardware version of the CTPCI, you can use verify under Flash060. If you got the board in june, normally you have the CTPCI_1E.JED.
