With the latest flash tool it is possible to flash both CT6x and CTPCI from the Atari, even without unplugging. Simply switch to 030 mode with NVDI, plug in the JTAG cable and porgram right away. That latest version (from may 23rd) may also be found on Didier's site, link to be found in message http://dhs.nu/bbs-ct60/index.php?request=11291
For this to work with the CT6x, the 1k resistor solder patch must be in place.
