This is another hardware problem, and I think the main problem who explain that nothing works excepted graphics cards.
Radeon boards can works at 66 or 33 MHz.
USB and ethernet boards works only at 33 MHz, and signal tolerance is worse that graphic cards (source Rodolphe).
This is the results that explain multiple ports detected on USB and / or the message "OHCI unrecoverable Error, controller usb-uPD720101 disabled".
PCI scan not detect parity error, but when USB controller start more problems arrives,,. when I get this USB message error, PCI SR is at 0x9A10 => parity error who stops USB.
Rodolphe said to reduce length of 2 PCI cables and use 40 wires.
Personnaly it's impossible inside my tower without reverse all boards and PCI slots.
It's a bad news.
