Do you know... Once again, I am my own worst enemy
Im so busy getting confused, that I completely avoided going to Rodolphes CT63 page to look for the files... I was checking the CTPCI area only!

Ok.
So, Pin 10-13 in the D25 swapped over and the 1K to 10K Resistor... Thats ONLY for Atari right?
Thats fine.
Can you please verify for me though, the files that I need to flash ?

On PowerPhenix.com, in the CTPCI page, I have this:-

And from the CT63 Page, I have these :-
http://www.powerphenix.com/ct60/ABE_V7C.jed
http://www.powerphenix.com/ct60/SDR_V7B.jed
Now, I know I may be sounding stupid, but I need to connect the JTAG cable to the pins on the CT63 and program both the ABE and the SDR files into it, and then I need to put the JTAG cable onto the CTPCI and then program that in the exact same way?
Is there anythign I need to know?
Actually, I think I will stick to doing it on a PC for now... Lessen the complexity of it cos Im already going stupid due to overly being paranoiad.
