Dont ask my how, but I must have knocked a resisitor from the SCSI patch repairs I did previously.
I connected it back up and the Out of Sync Message was gone.
This gave me a bit of a boost, and with me already buzzing due to me taking the perculator upstairs, plus 3 cans of Red Bull I set about stripping the Falcon and the CT63/PCI and fully and making absolutely doubly sure that each and every bit is seated properly and I also dug out new IDE Cables. that stupid connector for the 3.3v wire is crappy and so I wedged that open sith a small screwdriver to try to wedge the wire in and lo and behold... I can now see the CTPCI
Before I realised this, I did re-flash it all with the PC and so that menas that the JTAG cable is now back to PC spec.
My next port of call is to try to get a PCI card to be recognised now.
NONE of the cards I have are recognised, so this might be the CTPCI needs flashing... I need to verify the docs etc to flash teh CTPCI next.
