If I understand you have CTPCI_1C, personnaly I have just updated 1A to 1E since one month.
You have latest ABE/SDR OK.
I not understand why you have not updated the CTPCI, since the latest flash060 works fine since 2 months. Look at http://ctpci.atari.org.
With all hardware CTPCI versions and all alpha / beta boot 1.04 / 2.00 the PCI scan works. If it's not good and you see only the bridge (the PLX9054) , check the 3V3 and the 2x 80/40 wires. You havn't inverted this wires ?
CTPCI_1E is just for automatic PCI mapping on the lastest boot / PCI BIOS for 1GB zones without ethernat/supervidel else it's 512KB. Before it's only 512KB, but it's not a problem.
