what does it mean it doesn't work? out of scan range screen? or going to sleep? maybe nvram went crazy (too high frequency on ctcm), maybe something else... try to flash 1.03c and older ABE/SDRs (supposed to be for ct60 only, without ctpci), disconnect ctpci before that, and try only ct60... maybe your ctpci board does really bad things to your falcon :)
