No offense taken Peter. My problem is this. For me there is a TON of unknowns. One being the fact that ok is it safe to dual boot MINT and Magic from the same Hard Drive?? What is the best boot manager that is compatible with the CT60?? At one time I used XBoot but I believe that one does not work well with the CT60. OK once all of that is sorted out, just how easy is it to get MINT setup?? What is the best Distribution and Desktop?? I like Jinnee as I have used that as long as Magic. Then you have to choose the AES as well. You have XaAES, MyAES and there was a new one coming out I believe from Odd S. called Oaes i believe. This is all confusing. Then if you get all of that to work then you still have to fine tune it and get the network working and everything else. Just a lot of work. And I still have to mount my CT60 and all of its peripherals inside of a server case that I purchased from a neighbor. That case measure 10 inches wide by 30 inches tall by 28 inches deep. I have quite a lot of tasks at hand just dealing with getting the case repainted and prepped for installation of my CT60'ed Falcon. Point being at this time unless someone can GUARANTEE that MINT can be installed onto my 40GB Maxtor IDE hard drive that I already have Magic installed onto and create a dual booting system. I just do not have the time until the hardware transfer has occurred.
