Their webpage says it "should work" on MagiC too, not that it will or would. They didn't promise it.

And they are right - it should work - but it turned out MagiC is not compatible enough due to changes in the network interface API, and the MagicNet developer is nolonger maintaining the project.

I can understand your frustration, but I can't see how they can do much about it. They did the only right thing and released the source code of the driver, so that if someone gets hold of the right documentation, they can create a driver for MagicNET.
