USB, or both I guess. Of course open sourced freeware would be perhaps the best... but if you want to charge for the drivers thats cool and totally up to you.
But if its really alot then it has to be considered together with the hardware cost.
Hardware cost is quite reasonable considering the factors like small production runs, Swedish made etc.. but still not what anyone can call 'cheap'.
EtherNat will need drivers to do anything, or its just an expensive pretty looking thing inside your Falcon, so I see the hardware plus drivers as one package.
