Ok, have you tried soldering the joints on the clock module?

When I started to get lots of issues with my CT63, Rodolphe suggested this to me and it helped massively.

Eventually we confirmed that my clock module was the problem and since that was replaced, my Falcon has been running absolutely flawlessly in both 030 and 060 mode

But try soldering the Clock modules joints first though!
