okey, I'll try that jumper & recompilation. I'm sure you tested all that stuff, that's the reason why I believe this must be something else. In the worst case I recompile XIF with some debug outputs to see where exactly it hangs, I hope this will solve at least the source of these problems.
About speed: yes, I'm using 85 MHz (main reason was quite unstable ct63 at 100 MHz) so this should be ok.
Only one thing yet -- I expect (and I don't believe you didn't notice this) ethernat units are oriented in that way that ethernet connector goes "from" SDRAM and it's not "crossed" with SDRAM (frankly, I can't imagine how it could fit in this position ;-) I know, stupid question, but for sure, there isn't clear marking how ethernat fits on ct60 :)
I hope that JTAG will be assembled ASAP...
