One other thing to bear in mind is that you probably won't be able to run your CT60 system as fast 100 MHz with expansion boards installed. This is because the ground pins are way to few in the CT60 expansion connectors to allow the fast rise/fall times that are needed when running at 100 MHz. Only 9 GND pins for about 80 IOs...

We run our systems at about 90 MHz instead. So if you run at 100 MHz today, try lowering it.
