Well firstly, welcome back. Haven't seen you around in a long time.
2ndly. About the temperature.acc. You are right in that the ct60's cpx is creating it, when it doesn't find the acc (because you changed it to cpz or whatever, doh!). This is a 'feature' that most people think is a pain in the ass, and if I remember correctly Didier refused to fix it.
3rdly. The NVRAM is reported as invalid because it is. Your clock chip battery has failed.
4thly. I guess that to boot magic you are changing the boot preference in the CPX. From what I understand you don't need to do this as the magic is already patched if you use the files from the ct60 software package. In general if you havent already, have a look at that package and see what there is in there that you havent tried.
5thly. If you have a mint version 1.16.x then you should be running the mint040.prg. If you want a new upto date system, download EasyMiNT 1.71 and install that. It's easy and comes with recent XaAES and TeraDesk (which you can change to Jinnee/Thing whatever later).
6thly. How did you install the CT63? Is your motherboard still running the clockpatch, and what other patches do you have?
