If i press reset right after leaving the flash program, the Falcon boots up with boot 2.01.

It will do that many times without any trouble.

If i switch the Falcon off, it will not boot up in 060 mode at all.
I get a black screen, the floppy drive does not "tick" to check the boot disk,
the usual quiet klicking (DSP initialize, i guess) in the speakers does not come.

I can boot up in 030 mode and then switch to 060 mode & press reset to boot up the machine.
