Hi,
About TOS+NVDI 5.03:
There are no changes for AES, it's the TOS.
About MiNT 1.17.0/XaAES/TeraDesk + NVDI 5.03
What not use -fvideo 0x4305 for example, for get the modecode value you can use VIDEOCNF.CPX and a double-click on the rez like you want.
NVDI or fVDI works fine at home with my old config MiNT1.16/Xaaes .963 with normal icons in 32M (since the beginning April for me). In 65K icons are white (TOS, NVDI, or fVDI). Desktop is Thing. In my case, I think it's an Xaaes bug, I get also bad icons in 65K with Jinnee who works fine under MagiC/NVDI.
About MiNT 1.17.0/XaAES/TeraDesk + fvdi, there are no changes since 27 June.
About MagiC, what is your version, size of the binary ?
About DON´T TRY TO RUN MAGIC WITH CTPCI IF YOU HAVE AN EIFFEL CARD!
I use MagiC/TOS/MiNT with Eiffel since lot of years, I never detroyed the PIC. Don't forget if you press the fire button of the joystick jou boot on the old firmware (flashed by a poc programmer), and not the 2nd bank programmed by EiffelCF.
