I think he has tried to flash from PC with no success (verify worked, but ct60 doesn't in Falcon) :(

I would try it with an other falcon... and maybe even try to use this ct60 in an other falcon after you flashed with pc... would be interesting to see if it works there.

Is your NVRAM bad? maybe this also could cause a problem... as some data seems to be written by flash to the nvram maybe your nvram is dead and won't run with ct60 anymore (maybe because Data is written to an area not affected by 030 mode)... so if that's the case first try with a new Dallas chip installed, be sure that it works in 030 mode and then try to use it with CT60.
