Okay, this is what I expected, but there has been some disagreement so I wanted to check with others. The question is, what would I need to patch in order to even temporarily reverse this.
I'm not going to try anything without specific guidance so I don't fry my Falcon mainboard, but am curious about whether jumpers could be placed between some pins on the bus speeder connector to reconnect the cut traces.
10 = not used
9 = Pin #8 of U63
8 = DSP CLOCK Ground
7 = DSP CLOCK
6 = ACIA-Midi CLOCK
5 = ACIA-Keyboard CLOCK
4 = 32MHz CLOCK (from mb)
3 = 32MHz CLOCK Ground
2 = CT60 CLOCK (to mb)
1 = CT60 CLOCK Ground
The issues is that if my CT60 cannot be fixed, even if I want to get a CT63 or just use the Falcon as stock, I have to somehow undo the bus speeder installation that I paid someone else to perform.
Thanks!
