Another hardware bug
Posted by: Didier Méquignon May,26.2010-21:31

Mikro has found that ctpci1gb.bin and ctpcitos.bin are the same file, thanks to him.
gentos_1gb.ttp was never used in the makefile.
But with the good ctpci1gb.bin, now I get a bus error at $80000000 during PCI config cycle. When I move the PCI MEMORY area of the normal ctpcitos.bin from 0x40000000 to 0x80000000 I get also a bus error during access to the Radeon board registers.
The PMMU access with translation register from $80000000-0xFFFFFFFF is always the same form me it's I/O - no cache.

For me there are an hardware bug, access to this lower area of this zone not works (also used for Ethernat). I send a mail to Rodolphe.

Didier.

What's the anti-troll code?
That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
