Saulot,

are your sure you are using the CT60CONF.CPX from the 04.05 Beta Release?
It has for sure the DMA switch button (in (Boot - Video).

That Beta release is accessible on atariforge ctpci poject site.
http://atariforge.org/gf/download/frsrelease/109/85/ct60_pci.zip

fVDI bombs out on my machine as well, unless i run it vie MiNT.CNF .

Here is my actual working fvdi.sys content (File from my Falcon)
I have fvdi.sys, fvdi.prg and nvdi.pal in C:/ , Radeon.sys in C:/GEMSYS/
Make sure you alter the resolution to something your screen can handle, and
if you are using DVI connector, use TMDS instead of CRT (my Radeon has 2x VGA connector)

-----------------------------------------------------

PATH = C:\GEMSYS
cookie nvdi=$0501
cookie speedo
vqgdos _FSM
palette c:\nvdi5.pal
width 430
height 325
booted
debugout 3
01r radeon.sys mode 1600x1200x32@60 zoom_mouse 1 monitor_layout CRT,CRT setscreen
