For USB, I have send a mail to Rodolphe.
The archive is updated (USB enabled), if you(re interrested to test it or can't wait an official release this is another beta version:

FLASH060.PRG (I can't test it, I hope that it's OK now for the CTPCI)

MAGXBOOT.PRG (For MagiC with/without CTPCI./CT60)
CT60CONF.CPX
VIDEOCNF.CPX
JPEGSNAP.ACC (snap 16M / 32K)
The fVDI 2006 executable is from http://www.klockars.net/ftp/fVDI/
If you use MiNT, start FVDI_040.PRG before MINT.PRG.
