Sorry for the 2-3 mm under the CT60 for flat cables but there was really no other way to design.
My point of view is that is really a minor problem and if you remove CT60, plug the CTPCI on, put the flat cables next the CT60 connector (not really hard) stop the flat cables under with some fingers while you plug back the complete systeme on falcon connector...
I did that several times and I see no problem with this method...
