Ok, folks.
I started my own little tests. I mind of doing more than these, but in the meanwhile...
13355742 bytes file, FTP (aFTP) to a Mac (EtherNat - switch - wirelessly to the Mac): 320 KB/s
same thing using Sharity Light (basically NFS mount): a whopping 5 minutes, that is 40 KB/s
Next I will try something more direct (maybe a direct wired connection)
I'll keep you informed
