Peter is right, just download freemint cvs and type make in ethernat directory.
I'm not sure about that pause, maybe it's even intentionally there.
and beware, there's a little bug in showing mac address -- there's missing null terminator so boot looks like:
01:02:03:04:05:06<a lot of garbage here>
It's trivial to fix but I was lazy to send a patch to mint list.
