Hello all great CT users.
I have to officially announce that I get several PCB defect among the last CT63 batch... Amysterious chemical residu uinder some part like flash and CPLD was discovered on 3 boards and was heating (!!) the copper of some trace !
This means that IF you have trouble with your CT63 (last batch) and have already all tried step by step (and good software configuration sure), you are welcome to contact me by email to request my support.
This ¨£ù/§é"'"à manufacturer will have to do a discount on CTPCI because I lost more than 20 hours to debug all boards (12)....I mentionned 3 boards with thechemical problem but theother add some solder bridges... The problem is that the soldering is mannually done because of lost of the SMT solder masks. It is why I will no more produce THIS CT63. Paying a second solder mask set for an old board is stupid. A new one is planned... and with the SMT solder mask it will be more easy to produce.
