Hi!

As Coda says I would try cleaning away all dust on the board. I've experienced this to cause instability too many times to just call it superstition. :P

I would also try resoldering the pins of the expansion connectors on the back of the motherboard. Removing/inserting your CT60 a few times will stress these solders quite a bit.
