Hi all,
What kind of performance can one expect from using 32-bit floats on the 060? I remember going from all fixedpoint on my 030 to floats (because it was much easier!) when I got my CT60 without doing much performance testing so now I'm curious.
I think I read somewhere that the 060 can in thery execute one integer instruction and one float instruction in parallel, how does that apply to real code? Does a recent gcc help at all with this or are we stuck at optimising on instruction basis in assembly?
Fredrik.

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
