like i said before, if you insist on not listening to us that's fine with me. perhaps it'll work for you, perhaps it won't. i know damn sure i wouldn't have the skills i have today without listening to other sceners and studying their products and working methods intensely, but maybe you are the one who can do without all that.
i have to agree with the PEAman on your misinterpretation of the term "support" though. i am aware that the type of support you describe indeed exists in various places on the internet, but the atmosphere in the demoscene is much more productivity oriented.
we tend to talk about a project in direct production related terms, or not at all. we don't talk about project progress a lot because it only cuts actual development time. this is a good method of working, if we were to waste as much time on oversocializing we'd end up being just as productive as some other "communities" on the internet (ie. nothing good would be done, ever).
does that make us a bunch of antisocial nerds? not at all... anyone who's ever visited one of our parties will confirm that the atmosphere is excellent. while others are chatting, we are achieving.
so if you're looking for a nice place to chat, i guess you best try elsewhere. however, if you are serious about getting a game or demo done, stick with the program and enjoy the benefits of dozens of years of experience to back you up.
it's your choice, you only have two options. you cannot expect us to change a winning strategy.
(and btw, this is the last time i'm typing more than two lines in this chat. it's gone far enough as is.)

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
