ACP as a demo platform?
Posted by: havoc May,10.2009-23:54

I love Atari 16/32 systems, and I love the people and thinking behind the Atari Coldfire Project. But as a demo platform, I personally regard the ACP system as a no-no. The reason for this line of thought is that I have chosen to focus my scene activities on classic Atari platforms, more specifically the Atari ST and Falcon. (I do not, however, completely exclude the possibility to change this point of view somewhen in the future.)

I would like to emphasize that Outline will be more than happy to support any ACP demoscene activities that may emerge in the future. Whether this will be in the form of competitions, promotional activities, or any other form, is up to the scene to decide- you demand, and we WILL serve, no doubt about that.

Opinions, anyone? :)
