hi,

solved -- hm, hard to say. i'm running at 66 MHz and freemint with ethernat is rocksolid (both network and harddisk transfer), however, that performance decrease is noticable (you know, against 100 MHz is nearly half of the power).

i didn't do any further investigation about that USB, when time comes I'll study how to control that USB connector by software and we'll see. But I'm sure my current USB mouse and Coda's driver are no-no in the present.
