Aniplay CT60 limits

Greetings,

I downloaded some mpg files and am trying to determine what Aniplay and a CT60 can do. One file is 320x240 with sound, but would stutter and could not play smoothly.

I am wondering if there are any buffering settings that I can increase, or what I can expect to be able to play on a CT60 Falcon.

Here is a link to the 34mb video that I was testing:
