I think the company is only thinking about the mass market Intel/AMD CPU's where you definitely don't want to use this stuff.
This kind of thermal glue is probably perfect for the 060 CPU (unless you want a removable heatsink!) and it's probably the same stuff that Rodolphe used to glue the h/sinks onto the 060's that he shipped.
I personally wouldn't use it. I prefer to use standard arctic silver type paste and then use a small bead of super-glue gel to keep the h/s in place. Unlike thermal glue, this is removable easily. The other thing I have done is used arctic silver, then used hot-glue (the harder black one, not the white one) to create 2 'cpu clips' of plastic keeping the h/s in place. This worked really well for me, and this is also easily removable.
