Hmmm... Well this is exactly what I used, and so far (knock, knock) it has worked well for me. I run at 100mhz with a normal ambient temperature of 27c (81f) and my CPU temp is 49c (120f). Is that bad?
I'm sure that the Arctic Silver thermal compound transfers heat more efficiently, but since the 060 socket doesn't have clips for a cooler, the thermal epoxy was the only thing I could think of to keep the cooler in place.
