Actually, I did not find my original Falcon keyboard to test the Atari Mouse (and I was too lazy to rip apart an ST and still it), so I still need to test.

What I do know is that the mouse pointer does not work when the GEM video driver is used. This same behavior happened also in ScummVM for me (But you said it work somewhat, only a right button problem). I have always used Xbios for everything, and never had a problem (Only tested Malestrom in gem video I believe, and it was slow).

Anyway, been talking with Patrice, and I am going to try to modify OpenTTD to print the mouse coords to a console, so we can see whats happening. In his SDL implementation (if I am getting this right) when Xbios is used (which is by default) for video, SDL is controlling the mouse movements, when GEM is used, then GEM is controlling the mouse movements.

Out of curiousity, did you try DOOM in Xaaes?
