MagiC and Papillon 3.04
Posted by: Crash May,25.2005-04:57

Don't ask me how I did it, but I managed to get MagiC to run in true color at 640x480. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to convert an image for the desktop. I have tried a number of different programs and color depths, everything from grayscale, 256, up to true color. Everything that I put on the desktop ends up looking like an LSD trip :/

I am at a loss as to how a grayscale 256 color picture can display in a rainbow of colors.

What am I doing wrong?

The strange thing is that I do have one 256 color picture that I made years ago, which works fine.

I wonder if anyone out there has Service Pack 1 for updating to version Papillon 3.04?

Anyone want to send me a 640x480 IMG for my desktop?
