Nah, don't compare Amiga 060 with Falcon 060... The Amiga CPU upgrades all use PS/2 RAM at half the CPU clock. So a Blizzard 1260 usually runs with 50 MHz CPU, 25 MHz RAM clock.
The Falcons ct6x has SDRAM with full cpu clock which really makes a big difference, not only in synthetic benchmarks!
Its just the Radeon VDI not working correctly with SDL. You could set SDL_VIDEODRIVER = GEM in your mint.cnf file and try Planet Hively in a GEM Window. ScummVM works this way.
