Upgrade CTPCI
Posted by: Kroll Aug,17.2012-23:44

Hi all,

I would like to connect to mine CTPCI another PCI card or USB adapter (only Radeon is connect and working perfectly), at this moment I have the following firmware: the CT63 is ABE/SDR7 and CTPCI_1E. Reading this forum to be able to connect the USB adapter and I have to do a firmware upgrade to version CTPCI_1M (using JTAG cable). When running my computer I have boot 2.00 beta 2 from 09.24.2010 and TOS 1.00 beta 2 drivers, as firmware also need to write it the latest drivers, but on the side of Didier and I found only 2.00 unless they are 2.02.

Then I have a question about the cards. As for the network card it has to be a Realtek 8139, the same I have in Hades, and before buying I test it. Trouble while I have the appropriate USB adapter, I read that it has to be on the NEC chipset is it enough if I need are there any data to the card.

Could someone tell me what at the moment it works on USB:
mouse, keyboard and flash drive (storage)?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Best Regards
Kroll
