I have no CTPCI, but I do have an Ethernat on a SuperVidel.
And I have only run the FTP server recently on a Mac, were I got 1.3MB/s.
Since my brother and I wrote the Ethernat driver, we are pretty sure that if you want to find performance problems you should look higher in the TCP/IP stack, like the FTP server program or Mintnet itself...

It is also possible that the CTPCI is starving the Ethernat from using the I6 interrupt since it controls the interrupt daisy chain.
Neither we nor Rodolphe have had any chance yet to test the CTPCI+Ethernat together.
