Ethernat2Mac-instable
Posted by: raphael Feb,21.2011-20:05

Hi !

after flashing the Ethernat with the latest firmware of the nature-boyz (and the latest ones for CTPCI) , I thaught to be ready to backup my files on the CT60-Atari-Falcon towards an iMac's harddrive. - Each partition on the Atari is ~ 1 Gb .
The connection speed is rather lousy (150 kb/s) and often the transfer fails. On the Atariside I installed "ftpserv" from Vassillis ( http://users.otenet.gr/~papval/). I tried all 3 variants of the ethernat.xif I found with the same result. My system is Mint 1.17 with its Xaaes installed. - Is there anything to configure in mint.cnf too? On the iMac-side i'm using Cyberduck (and other ftpprogs, but with the same result )

thx a million for any hints!
raphael
