Did you get my last email with the test program?

One thing you can check is that there is only one clock filter active on either EtherNat or CTPCI. We don't know if there is such a filter on the CTPCI, but the one on the EtherNat is disabled by removing a jumper from J7.

Are you sure that the small 3-pin connector in the top left corner of the CTPCI and EtherNat are connected between the boards?
