Different start-behaviour here on my (second) Falcon/CT63/CTPCI:
Falcon starts directly when switching on the ATX PSU.
With my first Falcon/CT60/CTPCI (which is running like a dream), i
have to press power-on button after switching on ATX PSU. This seems to be
the correct behaviour.
Never had startproblems like you described.
