CTPCI software package update

A very brief update installation guide (how I did it):

1) boot in 030 Mode, running MagiC+NVDI (or MiNT+NVDI).
2) flash ct60tos.bin from the tos060.lzh archive.
3) flash drivers.hex form the tos_drivers.lzh archive.
4) ready to go :-)

AUTO-Folder for MagiC: ct60xbio, nvdi503, magxboot.

AUTO-Folder for MiNT: ct60xbio, dspxbios, excep060, mint040, nvdi503

I dont't know if all of the above AUTO programs are necessary, and have drvin, scc and midi installed, too, but that way it's working for me.
