I seem to have the same problem since I installed the CTPCI. But the Falcon boots in 030 mode. So I have to boot the Falcon in 030 mode first, then switch it off, then switch it on again in 060 mode. In those conditions the Falcon boots each time. And reset works too.

Very strange.
