I don't know if there are USB/Ethernet PCI boards 33/66 MHz compatible, but actually we have just drivers for Ethernet RTL8139D and USB NEC D720101 chips (33 Mhz). Rodolphe said that Radeon 66MHz chips (like all latest PCI graphic cards) has more signal tolerance with 33MHz chips used with a PCI BUS at 33 MHz like the CTPCI whi his 2x IDE 80 wires cables.
The CTPCI clock use 33HHz oscillator.
I can decrease/increase this clock only because I use the CTCM 2nd clock, and I put hardware patch on the CTPCI.
Radeon support overclocking CTPCI at 40 MHz, but I got always PCI unrecoverable error (parity error) with the USB board (NEC D720101 chip) underclocked at 20 MHz.
Another test is to reduce the 2x 80 (or 40) cables length, but it's not possible inside my tower without reverse PCI boards/PCI slots, so I can't test it.

Didier.
