OK, thanks a lot.
It's finished, I can begin tests, but I wait the bit from Rodolphe.

This is the PCI boot sequence:

1> Detect the CTPCI.
2> Set defaut PCI variables size/offset to 512K like the Rodolphe mapping.
3> Detect Ethernat/Supervidel boards at 0x80000000/0x80010000.
4> if detected init/scan PCI devices.
5> if no detected set PCI variables size/offset to 1GB and set Rodolphe valid bit
6> if access fault during PCI scan retry in 2> but without more tests so go to init/scan devices (for all actual versions of CTPCI hardware where 1GB zones not works).
