But I did do it :) You can reuse it if you want.

Aha, so you want to do it in runtime, hmmm... theoretically, you could do something like binary diff -- create two memory configurations in 'ld', one for ethernat, one for normal situation, compile them and compare -- if you strip all symbols (I use OUTPUT_FORMAT(binary) what is only raw binary image), changed bytes = relocated addresses. And then just attach this diff to TOS image and apply when necessary. You can take a look at http://atariforge.org/gf/project/ctpci/scmsvn/?action=browse&path=/branches/mikro/tos/linker how my 'ld' script for CT60/CTPCI looks like, it's easy to add ethernat target there.
