Yes, but the bit is for remove the hardware problem (electric signal confict) on Transfer Acknowledge).
Zones between 0x60000000 to 0xBFFFFFFF was impossible to use for the CTPCI for not create a signal confict with the Ethernat who use only some bytes at 0x80000000 ! But you lost advantages of software programming, so there are no other solution.
Now I must add dynamic mapping inside the PCI BIOS (pointers for zones), not easy because the PCI BIOS is a part of the TOS (patches) and not the drivers part.

For the zone between FFEF0000-FFEFFFF, there are no changes since the beginning, this 65KB zone is reserved for all values of CT60 flash parameters. If there are a change 16 x 4 bytes are writed to free space ( <=> 0xFFFFFFFF) , the 1st long if for see if it's free (so there are 15 parameters max).
You can dump this memory ;-)
