Anybody has any information about the Lynx display?
It is stated in several places that Lynx has "artificial resolution" of 480 x 102 whereas the normal resolution is 160 x 102. The RGB matrix of Lynx is extremely sparse, so this "artificial resolution" supposedly works just by handling each colour component as separate pixel. In essence this is similar to microsoft cleartype or the old apple ii trick, see http://grc.com/ctwho.htm .
So the actual question: is this somehow supported by the hardware (so that you can really handle the display as 480 x 102 b/w screen instead of 160 x 102 colour screen) or does the "artificial resolution" require processing the bitmap graphics so that colour components are precalculated from a b/w source (i.e. three versions of the sprite for horizontal sub-pixel positions). I have seen some Lynx docs, but couldn't find anything about this.

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
